Celebrate Your Relationship with Christ

Many of you spent the Fourth of July watching fireworks and spending time with loved ones. Fireworks are a very obvious way to celebrate. People all over can look up into the sky and see them. This got me thinking about Christianity. We should be celebrating our Savior every day with as much exuberance.

Devote Yourself To Prayer

Revive America Ministries hosted the National Day of Prayer in Amory on May 3rd. We are so thankful for God’s blessings and the opportunity to reach over 200 people. We hope everyone was able to participate in their local events for the NDOP. We are blessed to live in a country where we can openly pray and worship our Savior.

What Is Your Spiritual Gift?

We all have a spiritual gift that God has given us as Christians, whether it be Prophecy, Serving, Teaching, Exhortation (Encouragement), Giving, Leadership, or Mercy. Some people may even have more than one spiritual gift. Perhaps one gift is your strongest while you also have other gifts you excel at on another level.

Ask and Receive

The end of October is filled with the laughter and smiles of children going door to door and asking for candy. They excitedly gather up their trick-or-treat buckets, make the finishing touches on their costumes, and head off to find sweets. Some will gather at churches for trunk-or-treat, and others will go around their neighborhoods.

With Fourth of July approaching, everyone is making plans. People will enjoy cookouts and fireworks. Many churches hold events for fellowship and celebration during the holiday, so be sure to check out your local church! We urge you to pray during this holiday for the Revival of America.

"A Statement around the State Capitol"

As we all know, November 8th is Election Day. Many Christians are unsure how to vote in this election. On November 7th, there will be A STATEMENT around the STATE Capitol where non-partisan groups of Mississippi believers will gather. Believers will be able to pray for the decision Americans must make and to pray for guidance to whoever wins the election. This event will start around noon until 12:30. Prayer groups will crowd the sidewalk perimeter as Christians pray that the Lord Jesus will come and meet with them and give them direction.
